Phases Executive Fitness Studio is owned by Garick Nelson. Garick has worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years and has guided many clients to become fit and healthy through exercise and training. To serve our clients better, we share our premises with New Lifestyle Health Center, a multi-disciplinary wellness centre incorporating massage therapy, chiropractic service, esthetics and various other holistic wellness practices.
