Since 200, Downtown Swim Club is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization that coordinate the activities of its three component clubs, the Downtown Swim Club (est. 1987), Triggerfish Waterpolo (est. 2001) and Breathless Sychronized Swimming (est. 2007). They promote aquatic sports in Toronto in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.
