Effective June 1, 2012, Sumitomo and Hansen Industrial Transmissions will begin our cross-selling strategy for the United States and Latin American markets. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best product for their application at the most economical price.
On June 1, 2012, a full integration process for the South American marketplace was initiated with the repositioning of our sales channel. Effective with this date, Sumitomo''s South American sales organization will be the new sales channel for Hansen products. Sumitomo will continue to utilize the authorized distributor network for Hansen Industrial Transmissions products in each country.
